Flooring Pros did an excellent job replacing the flooring in my kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and master bedroom. Their team is highly knowledgeable and their installer worked with me on getting several areas of the floor leveled out with self-leveler. Their prices were fair, and the installation was fast and well-done. I would recommend them.

This company, subcontracted by DOAK Construction, provided subpar service during the recovery of our home after flooding. They failed to meet even basic DIY standards, with poorly executed tile work, uneven baseboards, unsecure bath faucets, and unfinished tasks. Building codes were ignored, and we had to monitor the work closely to ensure compliance. Communication was poor, with workers often misunderstanding their tasks and limited English-speaking skills, leading to additional frustration. We also witnessed workers arriving under the influence, and minimal oversight from management. The company frequently subcontracted other professionals, who were more competent. Expect added costs, missed deadlines, and lack of protection for personal property during the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we had to redo much of their work. Given their low-quality output and unprofessional behavior, we would not hire them again and advise caution to others.

We recently purchased laminate flooring to be installed in three rooms of our home. Even though there was an issue that developed after the flooring was installed due a manufacturer's defect, Matt and Keith took the lead after our complaint was lodged and asked us how we would like for it to be handled. We offered two options for Flooring Pros to choose from with either being satisfactory with us, and they responded the same day and did what was right and fair. I commend Matt and Keith in steeping up to the plate and would highly recommend anyone wanting flooring to choose Flooring Pros because of their business practices and customer service.
