Their team is highly knowledgeable and their installer worked with me on getting several areas of the floor leveled out with self-leveler. Even though there was an issue that developed after the flooring was installed due a manufacturer's defect, Matt and Keith took the lead after our complaint was lodged and asked us how we would like for it to be handled. We offered two options for Flooring Pros to choose from with either being satisfactory with us, and they responded the same day and did what was right and fair.
